      20 years ago, a change in career path initially led me to qualify as an ‘exercise to music’ instructor which rapidly developed into full time personal training.

      My mission,’ to bring health to the local community through a range of classes for all ages and abilities’ led me to open a ‘base camp’ where I offer strength training classes, complimented by Pilates and hot/flow yoga.

      I teach ‘my trainer’ classes which deliver small group ‘personal training’. This is a bodyweight training class with an influence of strong yoga to promote strength, flexibility and posture.

      ‘teamTRX’ suspension training achieves rapid results in strength and flexibility. Ideal for both complete beginners and advanced students, effort is measured by the level of sweat and groaning!

      I first discovered Pilates 13 years ago after working as a fitness instructor for 11 years. It changed my outlook on fitness and there was no going back once I understood the strong foundation Pilates creates for success in all other areas of sport and exercise.

      I love to keep my sessions quite small so I can supervise everyone on an individual level and help them understand the minor adjustments that make an amazing difference. Pilates is absolutely my love and passion.
