I’ve become one of the UK's only independent Hot Yoga Teacher's and Yoga Sports Coaches, analysing the biomechanics of Yoga within a sports context. This enables me to focus on safe, functional and applicable Yoga techniques for all abilities when teaching.
I qualified initially as an Exercise to Music Teacher and Sports Masseuse 12 years ago and have been teaching Yoga for over 9 years!
My passion is through my purpose to help people. I love making people feel better about themselves, to create a positive experience through Yoga and massage work. Yoga is feeling, not just doing, and the best compliment is when someone says to me, that I have finally helped them to understand Yoga and they 'get it!'. It's a great feeling and union between us.

I have loved keeping fit and running for about 11 years now. When my son was born 4 years ago I became interested in strength training and watched my body shape change and I became stronger and more confident than ever before. This pushed me to set up 'Bath Yummy Mummies', a personal training studio set up exclusively for women. I train women before, during and after their pregnancies and completely understand the effect that pregnancy can have on your confidence along with your waistline!
I am qualified level 3 personal trainer and also hold certificates in pre and post natal exercise prescription, kettle bells, spin, and advanced nutrition and weight management.
