What would a perfect day of training look like for you? Sunrise yoga followed by surfing? Beach volleyball and swimming in the sea? Enter the 'My Perfect Training Day' Competition now and you could win a new Beach Sport outfit for you and a friend. 

The warmer weather is making Sweaty Betty feel all kinds of generous, so for one week only, you have the chance to win a new Beach Sport outfit worth up to £150 for you and a friend. 

How to enter? 

Share the details of your perfect training day on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook using @sweatybetty, before midday on Tuesday 3rd June. And don't forget to @ the friend you would like to win an outfit with you so Sweaty Betty knows who else to treat. 

The prize

Both you and a friend can choose your favourite pieces from the Beach Sport collection up to the value of £150 / $250 per person. The only question? What to pick!

Terms & Conditions
The MY PERFECT TRAINING DAY Competition begins on Wednesday 28th May 2014 and will close at midday on Tuesday 3rd June 2014. Entries should be made via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using @sweatybetty and including the name of the designated friend. Once the competition has closed, the Sweaty Betty team will select the winner, who will be notified via social media sites Twitter, Facebook and Instagram before 6pm on Wednesday 4th June 2014. The winner will receive £150 to spend on the Beach Sport collection. The friend nominated by the winner in their entry post will also receive £150 / $250 to spend on the Beach Sport collection. The two outfits do not have to be the same. Please note: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are not liable for any part of this competition.

My perfect training day is actually a reality! First things first- is to get to the morning gym class, then an hour or two spent surfing before a healthy refreshing lunch, before i head off to hours of dancing. Not a bad lifestyle if i can say so myself!

Saturday - cycled around the Isle of Wight - again - 65 miles - great challenge - 7 hours of fun riding, hills, fabulous views, thatched cottages, sea vistas and all in the sun. Can't beat it!

Start with a soft sand run and swim on Manly Beach (Aust) followed by breakfast on the beach front. Rest and replenish then an afternoon swim and surf.

My perfect training day would be running in the swiss mountains, past the cherry trees and the cows, admiring the amazing views along the way with my sister Erica Sample, followed by a trip to the thermal spa to rest the tired limbs!

It would have to be an early morning hill run in the South of Spain, followed by a long stretch session on the sand then having a swim in the sea.
