Sweaty Betty Community Boards...Your Reference Point For Wellbeing
Our Stores are currently undergoing a transformation of their community boards to create better clarity and authority as each item has been tried and tested!
Here is an account of our Bath Boutique's transformation thus far:
We are getting all our club coaches and 'Sweaty Betty recommends' instructors to write about their services to the local community.
We've had body hormone profiling done by Karen Sheaff which was really interesting knowing that where we store fat on our body can relate to different imbalances of hormones. When Karen told me i should eat dark chocolate and drink more red wine i was very impressed and thought.... "yep i can sure do that! All in the name of getting thinner thighs!" :) Claire and myself have started training with karen doing 'strong girl' training.. we are now into our second 4 week course and claire can almost do chin ups on her own!!! So amazing! Every week we can feel ourselves slowing getting stronger. There are 4 of us in the group and its such a fun session we finish each session looking forward to the next session and our weekly hanging comp :)
I've had an assisted yoga session with Danielle and boy can you feel the difference when you are being assisted to when you are trying to do it on your own. I found muscles i never knew could stretch! So relaxing!
We've been to Yoga Bodhi here in Bath, and it's such a special studio with gorgeous skylights and a vaulted ceiling. It makes us feel more like yogis just walking into the space. There is so much one-on-one attention, and our yoga practice is growing in leaps and bounds thanks to them!
We have even booked in to the Madonna workout called Gyrotonics. The woman running it has been so sweet to offer us a few sessions and even work our crazy schedules so we can both in together. She's the only person in Bath offering this type of workout, so we're super excited!!
