The Lowdown

Start your day with West London based TRX experts and No.1 Carnaby residents Equlibrium, before balancing it out with an exclusive menu filled with healthy alternatives to your favourite cravings upstairs at Farm Girl. We've previewed the menu and can confirm it looks delicious with nutritious smoothie bowls, a chorizo and sweet potato hash and three grain porridge all in the pipeline. What's more, we are donating all of the proceeds to CoppaFeel!, the UK charity on a mission to get you to check your boobs.

Who is Tess?

A Le Cordon Bleu trained chef, bestselling author and food writer, Tess Ward is like us, all about a balanced lifestyle. Known for her penchant for healthy whole foods and fresh exciting cooking, she has designed the exclusive menu in collaboration with Farm Girl around creating healthy alternatives to your favourite indulgent foods, minus any processed ingredients.
