Food glorious food....

Hey good morning Betties! Here is one of my favourite breakfasts. You can make either as a smoothie (blend everything up together) or a fruit salad (in a beautful bowl). Never get bored with this recipe. You can mix and match it as you please. If you have any tropical fruit, that can really jazz it up too. My top tropical picks would be pineapple, mango, papaya. What are yours???

 

Chop up:

1 apple, 1 banana, 1 kiwifruit and a pear

 

Sprinkle over:

2 Tblsps flax seed crushed

Handful goji berries

Handful coconut chips (optional - if liked)

Handful raw cacao nibs (expensive but oh so worth it!)

 

Then pour over:

1/2 cup -1 cup fresh juice, organic almond milk or oat milk to taste
