Farm Girl's Festive Spiced Apple Oat Smoothie Bowl

Enjoying the mince pies and mulled wine a little too much? Fear not, Farm Girl our in-house experts in delicious food at No.1 Carnaby have created the ideal recipe to balance it out. Try this spiced apple smoothie bowl for a Christmas morning breakfast or head to No.1 Carnaby to try it in-store.

Ingredients

100g Unsweetened Apple Puree 
200g Frozen Banana 
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup of Gluten Free Oats
150ml Almond Milk  
 
Toppings

Fresh Apple
Chia Seeds 
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Cranberries

Method

Simply add all the above ingredients to your blender or smoothie maker and blend. Then pour into a bowl and top with a festive mix of fresh apple, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and cranberries (though any fruit or nuts will taste delicious).
