Easy tips for a buff bikini body

I am blogging from the Maldives and drawing on my first-hand experience on how to gain that bikini confidence.
Over the next few weeks I will be sharing with you my top tips to look great on the beach.

Follow these 3 tips to start your body beautiful regime today.

1. BODY BRUSH

Next time you are popping into your local pharmacy or beauty store, pick up a body brush. Studies show that brushing your skin, before a bath or shower, can increase circulation, skin tone and boost energy. Doing this 3 times a week can help to shift the toxins which cause cellulite. Start from the soles of the feet and always work towards the heart, paying particular attention to the bottom and thighs.

2. DRINK WATER

Very simple and yes I know, it can be very boring! But, drinking up to 2 litres a day really will help the skin to look healthier, reduce celluite and help reduce bloating.

3. FIND A BIKINI WHICH FLATTERS YOU

We all have bits which we like and bits which we wouldn't mind changing! Next time you go in to a Sweaty Betty boutique, ask a Betty to advise you on swimwear which suits your body shape. Aim to draw attention to your favourite features and very soon, you and others will be so busy focusing on the good, you won't even think about the bad!
