Cardio-walk with Pilates stretches.

This saturday, come and join me for a cardio-walk with Pilates stretches.

Time: 1pm to 3pm ish.

As long as it isn’t raining, I couldn’t think of anything nicer than a walk in the park!

With a difference.....

Summer is approaching and many of you are worried about shaping up for your bikini.. SO.. here's a booster for you and I may end up doing this every week.  As long as we don't stop for whippy ice-creams at the end, it's just the cardio-job we need.

The plan is to start on Primrose Gardens, with gentle mobility and then to power walk over Primrose Hill, down the other side, across the bridge and through Regents Park towards the flower Garden.  Stop around there for Pilates stretches.  Length of time will be about 1 hour for this.  THEN.. those that want to will continue and return around Regents Park, back up and over Primrose Hill to be back on Primrose Gardens approximately 3pm for a final stretch.

The walk will be CARDIO pace, so comfortable walking shoes and clothing are required.  I will be keeping a check on your postures and breathing.  The purpose of the walk if cardio and FUN.

 Pilates posture for every day life is the aim.

£5 per person.
