At the gym

Walking programme at the ready I’ve been in the gym trying to remember the walking technique that Mike told me, most significantly swing both arms equally without moving my body. It was harder than you’d expect to concentrate for 45 minutes, but a nice gentle way to ease into my training. I’m going to be doing about a 50 minute walk every day until my next session.
