With over 4000 online participants and our clubs reaching maximum capacity, get fit 4 free in January 2010 was a major success. Get fit 4 free offers a combination of free in-store workouts, online fitness videos and the added benefit of a virtual personal trainer to provide fitness and nutritional advice, sustainable lifestyle change and motivation at a time you may need it most.

Online webcasts will focus on cardio, strength and stamina for an Outdoor Workout and our Indoor Workout will focus on the toning and lengthening of the muscles. Completing both videos allows for a total body workout where you need only space, some kit and your commitment. Newletters promoting sustainable lifestyle changes, mid way point motivation, and finally a note of congratulations and ‘keep it up’ will ensure that you start your new year as intended and carry those resolutions forward well into 2010.
