The Road Show team are on a mission to bring Sweaty Betty's passion for empowering women through fitness on the road and into a community near you. Practicing what we preach, we set up camp in towns and cities across the nation to join you at your favourite fitness haunts and local cafes. The aim is to spread the word on how good it feels to live the active lifestyle.
