Fly Flex Flow launched in January 2015 as part of the seasonal Sweaty Betty Get Fit 4 Free campaigns. The #SBFlyFlexFlow challenge was the ultimate fit-kick, with a three-part workout that combined the best of run training, conditioning and yoga flow principles. This head-to-toe workout was devised by run coach Annie Foulds and renowned yogi Jo Arthur.

How to get started with Fly Flex Flow

1.Complete your first workout by downloading the run podcast and following along with the online videos below.
