With the 'Fit for Free' campaign in full swing online, I am going to be offering you even more free tips and advice on how to get fit and healthy for 2010. If you tend to feel that getting fit and healthy is something you can put off for another day, don't worry you're not alone. Many of feel like this but I am here to give you regular blog entries with tips and advice which you can put into practice today. Remember, you don't need to be climbing Everest or only eating macrobiotic by the end of the week to feel you are now fit and healthy! Just making small changes will make a difference.
