On the Road in Muswell Hill

The latest instalment of the Muswell Hill Road Show saw us head for yoga practice at The Yoga Junction, Crouch End, with the truly inspirational Tara Fraser. Her studio was a real haven, emanating light not only from the expansive windows which flooded the room but also from Tara’s teaching, knowledge and passion for yoga. After practice we felt we’d truly expanded our grasp of postures and technique as Tara does a great job ensuring every participant gains as much awareness as possible. After practice next stop was the award winning artisan bakery, Gails, for a quick bite to eat. Gail’s specialise in hand-made bread offering a huge selection from Potato & Rosemary Sourdough to a Spelt and Sunflower loaf, who knew an egg mayo sandwich could taste so good!
Rachel Spain's incredible Yoga and Pilates Master Class (held at Coldfall Primary School) kicked off the weekend. The combination of these two disciplines in one class really put us through our paces, leaving us truly energised to face the Saturday ahead. Lucky as our next stop was Dance Fit and Tone, what more could you need from a workout? Here the super energetic Jane Wrafter, of JCW Fitness, gave a sensational class that really worked us to the core and left everyone feeling truly empowered.
Classes were closely followed by a spot of SB shopping at our ‘view and buy’ event where all attendees were welcome to browse a snap shot of the collection. We then called in at Planet Organic , the UK’s largest fully certified organic supermarket (we could have browsed for hours) and the day ended with a delicious evening meal at popular restaurant Giraffe.
We’re having a fabulous time in N10 and are embracing all the excitement around SB coming to the local area with open arms! We look forward to meeting more of you over the next few days so remember to check out the full schedule of events here http://www.sweatybetty.com/uk-road-show-schedule-artlroadshow_schedule/
