Free Kickasana Classes at Selfridges, London!

In collaboration with London-based Kick Studio, Sweaty Betty will be holding four complimentary fitness classes in London's world-renowned Selfridges store as part of their Festival of Imagination.


Entitled Kickasana, the classes are designed and taught by the founder of Kick Studio, Sophie Pittaway, in a full-body workout that draws upon Thai boxing, yoga, breathing, stretching and creative visualisation to help centre your mind and tone your physique. Each Kickasana attendee will receive a beautiful Sweaty Betty goodie bag too!

When & Where?
The four classes will take place in the Selfridges store on 20th January, 27th January, 10th February and 17th February from 6:30-7:30pm. Sign up by emailing sbclasses@selfridges.co.uk with your name and the date of the class you would like to attend.

What To Wear?
Yoga wear and either bare feet or Pilates socks. And don't forget to bring your own mat!

Dear Sweaty Betty, Good evening. I am keen to try out this new workout on the 17 Feb (little choice of date for me, as I will be away for 3 weeks, back on 15 Feb). I am a regular road cyclist, bikram yogi, swimmer and used to do a little martial art. I am hoping that kickasana is a new 2014 discovery for me : ) thank you, M.
