A Face Yoga Exercise for the Eyes
With the amount I talk about Face Yoga on my blog, I thought I would give you an exercise to try at home. This exercise is great for toning the area around the eyes, lifting the upper eye lids, and reducing bags under the eyes.
Cover your teeth with your lips and then make your mouth into an ‘O’ shape, pulling your top and bottom lip as far away from each other as you can. Then place your index fingers under your eyes, horizontally with the tips of your fingers pointing towards your nose. Then look upwards and start to flutter your upper eyes lids.. Keep this going for 30 seconds. The only part of your body that should move is your upper eyelids.
