Our dynamic Finance team are now looking for an Assistant to join them. This is an exciting first step for someone who wants to start their career in Finance, someone who loves the brand and wants to combine their love for numbers with their love for living an active lifestyle.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be part of a small, friendly Accounts Payable team – who are vital for the smooth running of our business. Your responsibilities will include processing and posting of all invoices, credit cards and expenses.
Communications: Post / Accounts Inbox
Manage the communication of invoices from suppliers that come in via both the shared email inbox and the daily post, including sorting, distributing, filing and scanning.
Processing of 500+ invoices per month including tracking them within the company, ensuring they are authorised and all bank details are present before posting them into Sage.
Responsible for ensuring all stores Petty Cash receipts (UK & US) are received and posted into Sage on a monthly basis.
Expenses and Credit Cards
Responsible for ensuring the expenses and credit card process is adhered to – including ensuring authorised and supported by valid receipts before processing into Sage.
