Take a deep breath
If you regularly read my blog you will know I often talk about the benefits of breathing correctly for good health. It is without doubt, one of the easiest, cheapest and most effective ways to boost your health and happiness.

I have been asked my leading brands Olbas Oil and Lotus Tissues to design a new yoga move and breathing technique for a campaign they are running for their new product, Lotus Olbas Tissues. I won't spoil the surprise my telling you what I have designed but watch this space for the technique in many leading womens' magazines.

In the mean time, why not try this breathing technique?

Place one hand on your tummy and the other on your chest. Take a deep breath in through your nose, letting the stomach rise. Then, exhale through your nose, letting the stomach fall. Aim to keep your chest as still as you can throughout. Repeat this at least three times, letting the exhalation get a little longer on each breath.
