This is an exciting chance to join our bright, passionate creative team, who make our brand come to life. This 3 month opportunity will allow someone to truly contribute to our creative approach. Working closely with the Creative Manager, Digital Designer and E-Commerce team, you will be responsible for all creative on Sweaty Betty’s ecommerce sites. You will thrive in a fast paced environment, and be confident in ensuring the site looks beautiful while maintaining flexibility to trade reports. You will be committed to continually improve the online aesthetic of the brand and challenged in pushing design boundaries, whilst balancing day to day responsibilities. The ideal person will be eager in communicating the vision of Sweaty Betty, both externally and internally.
Responsibilities include:
Lead with visually stunning digital design for desktop and mobile, ensuring all assets are aspirational and communicate the Sweaty Betty lifestyle.
Communicate with the Digital Designer on all digital designs in relation to email creative.
Create designs for weekly site changes such as homepages, landing pages and other assets.
Consider and recommend UX in all designs, while working with the UX Manager and the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to deliver engaging user-led content. 
Interpret the Sweaty Betty brand and lifestyle across all sites and channels, using seasonal imagery and the existing style guide. 
Display enthusiasm for digital design and fashion / sport ecommerce. 
Manage expectations between the marketing and ecommerce teams.
Bring new ideas to the team – be an innovator and push new technology.
A passion for digital design, with a flair for fashion, fitness and retail.
Problem solving skills, along with excellent time management.
Fantastic communication skills and an ability to balance briefs from different teams.
Great typography and layout skills
A thorough understanding of UX and ecommerce
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
A Mac user, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop)
Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 and responsive web design are an advantage 
Experience art directing still life shoots an advantage
A talented and experienced Digital Creative with a creative eye, a curious mind and self-motivated drive. You thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment, love to be busy and enjoy working on lots of different projects at once. You have excellent visual and verbal communication skills with fine attention to detail. Your work is always to the highest standard and you enjoy working with people at all levels. Most importantly, you love to live an active life and are in love with the Sweaty Betty brand!
