Yoga Pose of the Week (Week 1)
When I started Yoga, about 6 years ago, I wasn't quite sure how I would master this pose. However, like most poses in Yoga, with patience, perseverance and practice, the pose gradually becomes easier. If you would love to learn this pose, ask an experienced teacher to guide you. Then, with the safe guidelines in mind, you can gradually practice it at home. My top tip for this pose is to practice it after a bath and in the evening. This is when your body will be at it's most flexible.
