Water, glorious water...

Water hydrates us, water keeps us youthful, vibrant, healthy, supple and flexible. You know that you should drink water, and if you are like most of us, you should probably drink more than you do! Many people tell me that drinking 1-2 litres of water is tricky, so here's how I do it...My secret is to use filtered water, naturally flavoured with zest that add zing to your water, and your life all served up in a luscious glass. Cocktail glasses, tall glasses, your choice! So grab yourself a big glass jug (1-5 litre capacity) and add in copious amounts of the following flavours. Keep it in the fridge for a day or 2, the flavours infuse nicely! ENJOY!

My favourites are:

- generous wedges of pineapple

- squeeze of fresh lemon

- fresh lime slices

- fresh lemon wedges

- fresh mint

- fresh lemon and mint combo

- mixture of pineapple and mint combo

- thin slices of cucumber

- orange slices or wedges

- mixture of cuke and orange slices

- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

- splash of pomegranite juice or seeds

- fresh grapefruit juice

- another of nature's thirst quenchers is coconut water.....
