Twelve Days of Christmas - Part 2/12 - Plan, plan and plan some more!!

Hi Betties, OK so the Christmas party schedule should be in, what have you got, 3, 5, 10+ engagements???? This isn't a popularity contest Betties, it's survival of the fittest!!!! So what you need to do once you have your dates in, is schedule your eating and training around it...


Got a do on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night? You better make sure you keep breakfast and lunch crispy clean and small in portion. Overindulging on one meal, means cutting back on the others that day (it's how the French ladies do it, trust me, it works!!) The same goes for a weekend extravaganza, keep it good when you're not partying, so you can relax a little when you've got your glad rags on!

Now to the training. If you have time to party Betties, you have time to train, your regime should not suffer during the festive season or else you pay in January!!! So for every party, give yourself an additional 20-30 minute high intensity cardio session (on top of your regular training...harsh but fair!) Again it means you can relax at the parties without the guilt and your waistline shouldn't suffer either!!

So get your diaries out Betties and schedule in the good food and the extra training. You'll thank me for it in January!!
