Sweaty Betty's Wilderness Edit: This year's don't miss events

posted on Wednesday, 8th July 2015 | find under Fitness, Nutrition

Sweaty Betty has recently announced that we’re the official wellness partner at this year’s Wilderness Festival, and excitement around the UK’s most holistic summer festival is building by the day. Created for culture vultures, food fiends and wellness enthusiasts, it’s an invigorating weekend cherished by Sweaty Betty founder Tamara Hill-Norton. Among Tamara’s highlights from Wilderness Festival 2014 are wild runs ending in spontaneous lake jumps, electro swing dancing, gourmet banqueting and hula hooping with Marawa the Amazing.

The good news? As Sweaty Betty ambassador, Marawa and her Majorettes will be back to teach their tum-toning party tricks and inspire your bandstand dance moves. The great news? There will be even more wellness events on at Sweaty Betty’s beautiful Zen Den, like partner yoga, fusion barre workouts and nutrition workshops by food blogger and author Madeleine Shaw. Be inspired by our complete Wilderness programme here.

Of course, there will be plenty going on both in and out of our Zen Den, and we want you to experience the best the festival has to offer. Here’s our pick of the coolest events to fill, perk, power and lift you up.
