Cardio Tennis

SO finally my little cherub is affording us some more sleep (thank you to Organix baby rice), which means I have my fitness mojo back.  I have of course, thus far, been dabbling with weights and Z trainer sessions in my back garden, short runs and lots of buggy walking up and down my local hills, not to mention my weekly Pilates with babies class which is way more energetic than any class I taught previously owing to extra energy expended pacifying Isaac and other babies!

But now I feel ready to up the level and at the weekend I found out about a new fitness workout called Cardio Tennis.  Apparently you don't need to be good at tennis, which is a really good thing as far as I'm concerned since tennis and I have never really gelled.  I'm dragging along another keen new mum tonight so I'll report back with the lowdown.

I'm also gearing up for the Zest Girls' Big Adventure on 26th June. I've blogged about this before but now it's time to get training. Having a goal to work towards will help me get out and on the road for some training runs.  I'm also planning to meet up with another new mum to train for it together.
And of course I'll be getting Isaac involved in my fitness bug, we're off swimming together this afternoon.  It's our first time.  Swim shorts and swim nappies at the ready!
