5 free summer workouts to try at home

You don't need an expensive gym membership to get fit this summer, or even need to leave your house. We've teamed up with London's top instructors to create free online workout videos designed to work up a sweat. From dance cardio to boxing-inspired moves, feel the burn without paying a penny. Here are our top five ways to sweat.

Dance Cardio with Body By Simone

Loved by celebrities including Rosie Huntington Whiteley and Taylor Swift, celebrity trainer Simone De La Rue's dance cardio workout is designed to sculpt the body of a dancer. 

What to expect: Expect a seriously fun 45-minute workout as you use high-rep conditioning and little more than your own bodyweight to strengthen and tone for a head-to-toe dancer’s physique. With high-intensity dance cardio intervals interspersed with slower conditioning, think toned arms, chiselled abs and a pert bum (Jane Fonda style).

Boxing with Rumble

With boxing the current workout for women who want to create strong, toned bodies while also getting their cardio in at the same time, try our twist on the workout. No gloves required. 

What to expect: Created exclusively for Sweaty Betty, this 30-minute workout combines shadow-boxing techniques with core-sculpting moves and calorie-burning cardio. Expect to sweat with boxing, martial arts and high-intensity intervals designed to increase the heart rate and burn fat.

What to expect: Channel your childhood ballet classes with pl

Exclusively created with Hiitgirl founder Susan Dyson, this 30-minute fat-burning and toning workout (designed to be done 3 times per week) will give you an all over body workout. 

What to expect: With three exercise options for each interval, expect a high intensity workout for every level. From burpees, to squat jumps and push ups, don't be fooled by the short length of this workout, it is designed for results.
