posted on Tuesday, 18th April 2017 | find under Travel, Behind the Scenes
California we're officially taking over. Next stop Palo Alto, the home of Stanford University, Nobel Prize winners, Silicon Valley CEOs and now Sweaty Betty. Relaxed, easy going and just south of San Francisco, we've scouted out where to sweat, shop and caffeinate in the area.

The Bar Method is not only a few doors down from our new shop, it's the perfect location to tone that bum among the assorted 'wives of Google and Facebook'.

America's favourite spin studio SoulCycle is as popular as ever in Palo Alto's Stanford Shopping Center for an upbeat, seriously fun workout. Our tip, try MK's classes for the best soundtrack in town.

Core Studio

Described as 'Pilates on steroids', Core Studio's signature Core SPX workout targets the core and abs to whip muscles into shape. Expect serious burn.

TITLE Boxing

Prepare to sweat at this authentic boxing studio that is guaranteed to kick your ass. Using the fundamentals of a true boxer's workout, expect to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back and core at TITLE Boxing
