#SBFlyFlexFlow at the Shard: The highlights

posted on Tuesday, 3rd February 2015 | find under
If you’ve been following the #SBFlyFlexFlow workout and event updates on social media, you may have seen our dramatic Sunday morning takeover of the Shard. There was no venue more fitting than Europe’s tallest building for this high-intensity workout designed to get your fitness soaring. Here’s just a few of the highlights from one of Sweaty Betty’s most iconic London Get Fit 4 Free events yet.

PT and run coach Annie Foulds led the challenging three-part workout she created exclusively for Sweaty Betty. Supporting her were four other inspiring Sweaty Betty ambassadors, Lizzie Rizzoe, Jo Arthur, Dominika Brooks and Maria Eleftheriou, all of whom were very excited to teach on the 71st and 72nd floors of this world-famous skyscraper.

The event was open to all Sunday Times Plus subscribers, with more than 60 people turning up bright and early on their Sunday mornings to take in the sky-high vistas from the top of the Shard (all 309.6m of it).

30 minutes of sprinting, 20 minutes of conditioning and 10 minutes of yoga make this one comprehensive workout guaranteed to improve all aspects of your fitness. If you didn’t join us at the Shard, you can still give the workout a go with our run podcast and at-home videos

Guests also came away with a goody bag, including this year’s Get Fit 4 Free vest, Sweaty Betty socks, granola bars and juices from our nutrition partner Honestly Healthy and the latest catalogue with an exclusive discount to spend on the new Spring Summer 15 collection.

Book into the free #SBFlyFlexFlow classes held across all Sweaty Betty boutiques for the next two Tuesdays and enjoy 20% off the exclusive Get Fit 4 Free vest

I had an amazing time with my big sister Angela Anglin. The views were spectacular. We'd just lost our brother very suddenly so this Times Plus event with Sweaty Betty couldn't have come at a better time for us. Thank you to all who made this happen and to the other guests who also took part.
