Goodbye Beaconsfield! We'll see you soon...

At first glance, with no obvious studios on the high street, you may wonder if the women of Beaconsfield train at all. After a month here, however, we can safely say yes, they definitely do!
Our bodies have been pushed to its max. We have tested our cores at TRX with Melissa Scott, jumped, squatted and lifted our way through tough bootcamps at Absolute Body Confidence, sprinted intervals with Karen Haley at Bodyworks Training, done PT sessions with Julie Burfoot Brown and group classes with Wild Training. To top it all off, we’ve stretched out aching muscles with rejuvenating yoga sessions.
Outdoor training in Beaconsfield is very popular, and it’s not hard to see why: the town sits in the idyllic rolling Chiltern Hills, with vast village greens and spectacular beech woods that make perfect running spots. It will be hard to leave.
We are heading back to London to gather some samples before we return mid-September to hold a two day pop-up shop at Stoke Park on Wednesday 18th & Thursday 19th, where we will be offering an exclusive discount on Sweaty Betty kit.
