You can pay for your order online by using the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta/Connect or Maestro and PayPal. We do not accept cheques or cash.
Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are services that protect your card details with a personal password, designed especially for customers who shop online to give added security. They allow you to create your own password, which only you know, to use every time you shop online using these cards.
You need to register your card with a password. You need only do this once, then whenever you use the card to shop online you will be asked to enter the password when you check out.
You can do this as part of the check out process. When you confirm your order you may be asked by your bank if you wish to register your card. If you click yes, you will be directed to the bank’s website in order to do so. Alternatively you can contact the issuer of your card directly to register the card. If your parcel is being sent standard delivery in the UK and you have supplied your mobile number, we will:
- Send you a text to let you know that your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Send you a second text the day your parcel will be delivered to notify you of the one hour window it will arrive. We will also give you the option to have your parcel delivered on an alternate day or to a neighbour.
- If we have any problems with your order we may contact you via telephone.
We will not pass on your telephone number to any third parties apart from our courier company for delivery information.
If you order from outside the UK and the EU your order will have the tax deducted (at the current rate of VAT) when you proceed through the checkout. This also applies if you are a resident of the Channel Islands. For further information regarding VAT please see our Terms and Conditions.
We do try to keep the website up to date so that this doesn’t happen, however sometimes items sell out really quickly. When this happens we try our best to offer alternatives or let you know when they will be back in. We know this can be frustrating and are working hard to stop this occurring.
Items on pre-order are usually new products that have not come to market yet. We give you the opportunity to order them before they come into stock, however you will usually have to wait a little bit longer for these items. Our product pages show 'weeks wait' if an item is on pre-order, this is to tell you how long you will have to wait for your product.
Yes. Sweaty Betty gift vouchers are redeemable online or at any one of our boutiques (excluding boutiques within department stores).
Gift vouchers can be redeemed online as a method of payment at the checkout. You will need to enter the gift voucher number when prompted during the checkout. Please note no change will be given when using a gift voucher for an amount exceeding the order value.

delivery
There is no charge for mailing orders for delivery within the UK over the value of £85. Orders for delivery within the UK that are under £85 will incur a £4 postage charge. The charge for Next Day Delivery is £6. Gift vouchers sent standard delivery will not incur a postal charge. See postal charges for other countries.
We aim to dispatch standard orders within 2 working days and postage should take an additional one to two days. We also offer a next day delivery service. Dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to seven working days. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders.
We offer this service to the majority of the UK. However during Sale periods we may not be able to offer this service. For more details regarding next day delivery please see our delivery information.
We use Interlink Express for most of our UK Deliveries and Royal Mail for Next Day and International deliveries. For further details please see our delivery information.
We want to make sure you get your parcel as safely and as quickly as possible and whether your parcel has been dispatched via Royal Mail or our UK courier Interlink, a signature will ensure we can track and trace your parcels at all times.
If you requested next day delivery or live in 'highlands and islands' your parcel will be dispatched via Royal Mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be returned to your local Royal Mail delivery office and a 'while you were out' card will be left. You will then be able to collect or rearrange delivery of your parcel.
If your parcel was dispatched via Interlink, you will receive an email on the day it is due for delivery giving you both an estimated time of delivery and an option to re-arrange delivery, deliver to a neighbour or collect from your nearest interlink depot. If you have supplied your mobile number you will also be sent notification via text message. If you are not at home you will be left a card giving you further instructions.

Orders sent to a UK address and sent back from within the UK can be returned using the free postage label included on your invoice.
When we send out your order we enclose a returns form, with full details of how to return your order. Yes. As long as you are adhering to our returns/exchanges policy you can return or exchange your items in any of our stand alone boutiques (this excludes our boutiques with in Selfridges and Harrods department stores). Please ensure you include your contact details, a brief letter explaining the return or exchange and your proof of purchase (store receipt). A member of the Customer Care Team will get in touch you with you as soon as the package is received.
Once our warehouse has received your returned items we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email. Please allow at least 2-3 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that depending on your bank this may take up to 10 days.

Short length is approximately 29.5” (75cm), regular length is approximately 31.5” (80cm) and long length is approximately 33.5” (85cm). See our size guide for further advice. Please note that these are approximate lengths only, there are slight variations dependent on the size that you order.
We cater for both the big and smaller busted lady; there are styles and sizes to suit both. Some of our technical tops come with hidden support but we recommend that you also wear a sports bra if you are above a C cup. Our sports bras go up to an F cup and have different impact levels depending on your size and the type of exercise you are doing. View our bra guide for more information.
A lot of mums-to-be wear Sweaty Betty because our fabrics are often stretchy. We have also had great feedback about our roll down pants, because they can be worn rolled over or under the bump.
No. While we would love for our stores to be able to carry all sizes, this is not always possible. For most styles XS and XL are only available on the website and not in our stores.

All of our clothes have washing guidelines on them. You should never wash our technical fabrics with conditioner as it clogs up the pores and stops the fabric from ‘wicking’ the sweat away from your skin. See our fabric guide for more information.

We will also contact you to let you know our latest news or special offer, however if you do not wish to hear from us we can take you off our list. To use a valid promotional/discount code you can either enter it into the promotional code box on the “my bag” page and click on apply or you can enter this into the promotional code box on the checkout page and select apply to ensure that your discount has been applied. Once we have received satisfactory information we will activate your account. Then all you have to do is make sure you sign into your account before placing any items in your basket and the discount will automatically be calculated.

Unfortunately once you have placed and confirmed your order we are unable to honour your discount code. This must be entered in while at the check-out before you enter your payment details.
It is most likely that your offer code is not working because it has either expired or it is not a valid discount code. We suggest you check the dates on your catalogue as well as check you have entered your discount code correctly. Many of our offer codes are also for single use only and will not be valid for a second use. Offer codes do not apply on sale items.

Empowering women through fitness is Sweaty Betty’s primary aim. That’s why every week, at every boutique we host free clubs to inspire our local communities to get active. After hours boutiques morph into fitness studios: rails are pushed aside, lights are dimmed and the music is turned up. From body attack to Pilates, running to yoga, find your nearest free club and call (membership card to hand) to book a place.
