Born in 1998 in London’s Notting Hill, Sweaty Betty now has 38 boutiques including concessions in world-famous department stores Harrods and Selfridges, plus two boutiques in the USA. With a new mobile website, more international stores in the pipeline and a passionate, fitness-loving team at its helm, Sweaty Betty is growing exponentially. There has never been a more exciting time to join us.
We are now looking for a Digital Designer to help ensure Sweaty Betty is beautifully represented across all platforms. Working closely with the Senior Digital Designer and the rest of the Creative Team you will be a guardian of the brand’s visual identity whilst also striving to come up with new and exciting ideas across all digital channels.

Reporting to our Creative Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Design, coding and delivery of all weekly emails in standard and mobile formats
Assisting the Senior Digital Designer with design and execution of web pages
Produce innovative digital campaign banners
Work with the Content Team to produce graphics for the blog and social channels
Support the Digital Team with scheduling with Email Service Providers
Support the offline Design Team with our seasonal catalogues and DM
Contribute to weekly creative meetings, bringing research on great emails and inspiring design to influence campaigns

Educated to degree level or equivalent
At least two year’s experience of digital design preferably in a fashion retail environment coupled with a beautiful portfolio
Highly competent with Adobe Creative Suite
An excellent understanding of HTML/HTML5, Dreamweaver, CSS and responsive design
Strong time management skills - ability to manage shifting priorities,
whilst maintaining commitment to deadlines

Experience of executing original ideas within established brand guidelines
A passionate and inspired designer able to create outstanding emails and experiences for our customers
Strong sense of design layout and well versed in beautiful typography
Print experience is desirable but not essential
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication, collaboration and problem solving skills
Works effectively under pressure
A sporty person with a passion for the Sweaty Betty brand
