Progress on new years resolutions

Running progress: snow and ice didn't put me off over the Christmas break, just put on my nimble burn up thermals, fleece headband and running gloves and off I went, toasty! Added VoiceOver pace keeper to mapmyfitness on my iPhone...but still, tortoise-slow.8 min mile eluding me still. Ugh. Ran so much that I have now hurt my knee. Have decided to stay away from running to rest my knee and focus on toning those arms through boxing. Keeping going with cycling, swimming and that headstand! Held it for longer than a minute on Wednesday, so, hurrah, have managed one thing.
