Free Weekly Workouts

posted on Monday, 13th May 2013 | find under Tamara, Fitness

Every week Sweaty Betty boutiques host a total of 68 different fitness classes as part of our Get Fit for Free initiative. And yes, when we say Get Fit for Free, we mean it – all our club classes are completely free for Sweaty Betty members.
The classes are a great opportunity to experiment with new fitness trends and keep your workout regime fresh and interesting. As they are suitable for all levels of fitness, it doesn’t matter whether you are a seasoned marathon runner or brand new to ballet fit – there’s a class for you.

All our classes our listed on our clubs page. Find one you like, ring up the local boutique to reserve your slot and then all you need to do is show up. Some of the boutiques have their own studios, others just push the rails aside, dim the lights and turn up the music to morph the shop floor into their own workout space. Either way, it’s a fun and social way to keep fit.

What’s the catch? There isn’t one – it’s just a way for us to practise what we preach by encouraging all women to live a truly healthy lifestyle. After all, our primary aim is to empower women through fitness. By offering these free classes we hope to do just that.

New classes to look out for:
Harrods has just launched its first ever free class – an outdoor boot camp in Hyde Park. With a mix of cardio, strength and agility exercises this one’s not for the faint hearted. Tuesdays at 7pm.

Muswell Hill holds a weekly ballet fit class in its studio. Fusing elements of ballet with Pilates, it will take you right back to your childhood ballet classes. Tuesdays at 6:15pm.

A brand new run club is being launched at the Hampstead boutique, taking full advantage of the fab location close to Hampstead Heath. Kicks off on May 23. Thursdays at 12pm.

Fulham Green

Hi, I think Sweaty Betty is located in the same office complex as us in Fulham Green. If so, do you run any running clubs or exercise classes from here or are you planning to once the gym has opened? Thanks, Sarah Davies
