As well as being the most effective way to reduce lines and wrinkles, Face Yoga also has therapeutic benefits. If you suffer from headaches, use this quick fix to reduce the pain.

Place your index and middle fingers on your temples at each side of your face and you will feel an indentation, almost like a hole. Simply apply and hold pressure over these two points for at least 30 seconds.

This point has long been used for the treatment of headaches. Great for one or two sided migraines, to calm the mind, and for eye problems. Also use as a preventative.
