Creating Health is a choice. And it's a choice that only you can make. It's you that has to get out of bed and start walking or getting on that yoga mat. It's you that has to get conscious about what you are thinking. And it's only you who has to buy and ultimately, eat energy food. No-one got an awesome, fit, strong and healthy body by doing no exercise, eating crap food and thinking negatively. And on the flip side everyone who commits to living each day with movement, energy, positive thoughts, and high quality food will create health. Imagine sculpting, toning, strengthening and creating your body anew! Is today the day you make your choice for health? You deserve health, vitality and wellbeing...

Hi Miss Kitchen Sinks, it's true when we get busy we can forget to look after ourselves. But seriously it is a choice, a habit to be well. Please note I'm not a qualified doctor or a nutritionist. If you are living with high levels of stress you must feed your body well with nutrition, walk or stretch your body and check out these nutrients that have helped me tremendously... I recommend you look into is rhodiola (support your adrenals and thyroid) and milk thistle & dandelion (support for your liver).
