Delivery/Returns Information

UK standard delivery (£4/free on orders over £85):
All standard delivery parcels will require a signature on delivery.

UK standard delivery orders are sent using Interlink Express. Once your parcel has been collected by Interlink Express (usually within 2 working days of placing your order) we will send you a confirmation email and/or text message to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse and will be with you the following day. You will receive a second email and/or text message on the day your parcel will arrive to inform you of the 1 hour window in which you should expect delivery. Both emails will give you the option to reschedule your delivery, have your parcel delivered to a neighbour and track your order.


next day delivery (£6):
All parcels will require a signature on delivery.

All Next Day parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail and are guaranteed to reach their destination by 1pm the following day. Please place all Next Day orders by 12 noon the day before the item is to be delivered. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.

During Sale period we are not always able to offer the next day delivery service.


click & collect (free):
Sweaty Betty’s Click and Collect service allows you to have your items delivered to your local store free of charge. This service is available for all products and from all Sweaty Betty stores, except our Harrods and Selfridges concessions. We aim to have your items ready for you to collect in-store within 2-5 working days and will keep you updated on the progress of your order by email, informing you of the date and time your items will be ready. Please do not forget to check the opening times of your local Sweaty Betty boutique.


international orders (£8 EU/£15 RoW):
Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service and will arrive within 7-14 working days. We can trace your parcel until it reaches the destination sorting office where it will be passed on to local mail carriers.


gift vouchers:
Gift Vouchers will be sent via Royal Mail; no postage will be charged and no signature will be required.

returns policy:
Sweaty Betty is pleased to offer a free UK returns service. We understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable and are very happy to help you choose something else or offer a full refund.

For advice please email us at customercare@sweatybetty.com or phone 020 7751 0591 between 9am - 12am weekdays, 10am - 10pm Saturdays and 12pm - 9pm Sundays.

We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Sale items will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. Sale items can be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We are unable to refund postage for International returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

how to return an item from within the UK
1. Please fill in the tear-off returns section on the right hand side of you invoice using the returns code listed. Detach the returns section and enclose it with the goods to be returned.
2. Use the self-adhesive pre-paid returns label to address your parcel.
3. Take your parcel to the nearest post office. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so always retain proof of postage.
4. Send the parcel to:

how to return an item from outside the UK or USA:
1. Please fill in the tear- off returns section on the right hand side of you invoice using the returns code listed. Detach the returns section and enclose it with the goods to be returned.
2. Use the self-adhesive returns label to address your parcel. Please add postage as required for the items you are returning.
3. Take your parcel to your nearest post office. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and always retain proof of postage.

exchanging your order online:
We are pleased to offer you free shipping on your exchange order. Please follow the steps below to place your replacement order:
1. Log in to your account. You will find the link to 'my account' at the top right corner of our website.
2. Once in your account click on 'returns and exchanges' then select the product that you wish to exchange/replace. You will then be taken to 'your bag' and from there you can begin shopping for the item(s) that you would like in exchange. Select the new item(s) and add them to 'your bag'.
3. Free postage will be added to your exchange order once you have proceeded to the checkout and selected 'pay securely'. To make sure we have secured the stock for your exchange you will need to enter your card details and your card will be charged when your exchange order is despatched.
4. Please then return the items you do not wish to keep by following the "How to return an item" guide above. Once we receive the returned items, we will refund the amount originally charged for these item(s) immediately.

We do not charge you for postage on your exchange order.


gift returns and exchanges:
You can exchange an item received as a gift in-store in accordance with our normal exchange policy, or you can return the item to customer care in exchange for gift vouchers. For advice, please call us on: 020 7751 0591 or email customercare@sweatybetty.com.

exchange of sale items:
We are unable to exchange sale items online. Sale items can be returned for a refund if they are sent back in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Sale items may also be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase.
