Standard UK delivery is free when you spend over £85.00, or £4.00 for orders under £85.00.
UK standard delivery orders are sent using Interlink Express. Once your parcel has been collected by Interlink Express (usually within 2 working days of placing your order) we will send you a confirmation email and/or text message to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse and will be with you the following day. You will receive a second email and/or text message on the day your parcel will arrive to inform you of the 1 hour window in which you should expect delivery. Both emails will give you the option to reschedule your delivery, have your parcel delivered to a neighbour and track your order.

Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.
You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. For any further delivery queries, please call us on 020 7751 0591 or email email@example.com.
click and collect
The click and collect service is free of charge.
Sweaty Betty's Click and Collect service allows you to have your items delivered to your local store free of charge. This service is available for all products and from all Sweaty Betty stores, except our Harrods and Selfridges concessions.
Five simple steps to click and collect:
- Place your order online
- Select the 'click and collect' delivery option
- Select the store you wish your items to be delivered to (find your local store >)
- We will send you an email notification to inform you when your items are ready to collect
- Collect your items from your local store
We aim to have your items ready for you to collect in-store within 2-5 working days and will keep you updated on the progress of your order by email. Orders that are not collected within 2 weeks will be returned to the Sweaty Betty warehouse and will be refunded. Please do not forget to check the opening times of your local Sweaty Betty boutique.
next day delivery
Next day delivery is £6.
All Next Day parcels will be delivered by Interlink Express and are guaranteed to reach their destination by 12pm the following working day. Please place all Next Day orders by 3pm the day before the item is to be delivered, to ensure that your order will be with you by the next day. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.
During Sale period we are not always able to offer the next day delivery service.
Overseas delivery is £8 within the EU and £12 for RoW.
Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service and will arrive within 7-14 working days. We can trace your parcel until it reaches the destination sorting office, where it will be passed on to local mail carriers.
Please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.

We offer a free UK returns service. We understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable and are very happy to help you choose something else or offer a full refund.
For advice please email us at email@example.com or phone 020 7751 0591 between 9am - 12 midnight weekdays, 10am - 10pm Saturdays and 12 noon - 9pm Sundays.
We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase.
Sale items may be refunded within 30 days of receipt of order, if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase.
Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. If you decide to refund a gift we can't prevent the card-owner knowing.
how to order replacement items
We are sorry to hear your Sweaty Betty order wasn't quite as you expected. In order to get your replacement items to you as quickly as possible we are happy to offer a free Next Day Delivery service on your new order, within the UK*. Please follow the steps below to make your replacement order:
- Shop for the items you would like to receive in replacement of your unwanted goods and place them in your online shopping bag.
- Log into your account. You can also find the link to 'my account' at the top right corner of the website.
- Once in your account click on 'replacement orders'.
- Select the items you would like to replace and click 'replace now'.
- You will be taken straight to checkout, where you will see that free next day shipping has been applied to your order*.
- If you used a discount code on your original order, please re-enter the code to receive the same discount on your replacement items.
- To make sure we have secured the stock for your new order you will need to enter your card details. Your card will be charged when your new order is despatched.
Your replacement items will be shipped straight away and be with you within one working day (UK), or 7-14 days (RoW).
Please return the items you do not wish to keep by following the "how to return an item" guide below. Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the amount originally charged for these items immediately.
* unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping on replacement orders outside the UK.
how to return an item
- Please complete the returns section on the front of your invoice using the returns codes listed.
- Enclose this form with the unwanted items in the reusable Sweaty Betty mailing bag.
- Use the self-adhesive returns label, found on the front of this invoice, to address your parcel. This label covers the cost of your return if you are within the UK. If you are outside the UK please add postage as required.
- Take your parcel at the nearest post office. The returns address is:

Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until in reaches us. Always retain proof of postage
You may also return items to any of our boutiques (excluding Selfridges and Harrods concession stores) for a refund or exchange in conjunction with our previously stated returns policy.
gift returns and replacement items
You can return an item received as a gift in-store in accordance with our normal replacement order policy, or you can return the item to customer care in exchange for gift vouchers. For advice, please call us on: 020 7751 0591 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

No refunds will be given on gifts, unless refunded directly to the purchaser’s card. The purchaser will be notified by email.
