Please note:
- Gift vouchers will be sent via Interlink, no postage will be charged and no signature will be required.
- During our sale period, we are unable to offer a next day delivery service. Please note that delivery times maybe affected due to high demand. 

 

Standard Delivery

Standard UK delivery is free when you spend over £85.00, or £4.00 for orders under £85.00.

UK standard delivery orders are sent using Interlink Express. Once your parcel has been collected by Interlink Express (usually within 2 working days of placing your order) we will send you a confirmation email and/or text message to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse and will be with you the following day. You will receive a second email and/or text message on the day your parcel will arrive to inform you of the 1 hour window in which you should expect delivery. Both emails will give you the option to reschedule your delivery, have your parcel delivered to a neighbour and track your order.

Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.

You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. Click and Collect

The click and collect service is free of charge.

Sweaty Betty's Click and Collect service allows you to have your items delivered to your local shop free of charge. This service is available for all products and from all Sweaty Betty shops, except our Harrods and Selfridges concessions.

Five simple steps to click and collect:

  1. Place your order online
  2. Select the 'click and collect' delivery option
  3. Select the shop you wish your items to be delivered to (find your local shop >)
  4. We will send you an email notification to inform you when your items are ready to collect
  5. Collect your items from your local shop

 

We aim to have your items ready for you to collect within 2-5 working days from your chosen shop and will keep you updated on the progress of your order by email. Orders that are not collected within 2 weeks will be returned to the Sweaty Betty warehouse and will be refunded. Please do not forget to check the opening times of your local Sweaty Betty shop.



Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is £6.

Order before 2pm from Monday – Thursday for your order to arrive before 12pm the next day by Interlink Express. Unfortunately we do not currently offer weekend delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders placed on Friday or over the weekend by next day delivery will arrive to you on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Orders placed on public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.

During Sale period we are not always able to offer the next day delivery service.

 

Overseas Delivery

Overseas delivery is £8 within the EU and £12 for RoW.

Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service and will arrive within 7-14 working days. We can trace your parcel until it reaches the destination sorting office, where it will be passed on to local mail carriers.

Please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.

 

Tracking For Standard UK Deliveries

To track your order:

  1. Follow the link www.interlinkexpress.com
  2. Enter your order number in the 'tracking' box on the top right hand side of the page

 

Order numbers can be found on the order confirmation page and confirmation email. Your order number will look like this:

Returns

Returns Policy

We are happy to offer free UK returns on any full price and sale items returned to us in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase.
During the Christmas period we offer an e
xtended return policy: Any order placed between the 9th of Nov until the 31st of Dec can be returned up to the 29th of Jan.

  • Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. If you decide to refund a gift we can't prevent the card-owner knowing.

How To Return An Item

  1. Please complete the returns section on the front of your invoice using the returns codes listed.
  2. Enclose this form with the unwanted items in the reusable Sweaty Betty mailing bag.
  3. Use the self-adhesive returns label, found on the front of the invoice, to address your parcel. This label covers the cost of your return if you are within the UK. If you are outside the UK please add postage as required.
  4. Take your parcel at the nearest post office. The returns address is:

Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage.

You may also return items to any of our shops (excluding Selfridges and Harrods concessions) for a refund or exchange in conjunction with our previously stated returns policy.

 

Gift Returns

To return an item received as a gift, you can take your item in to a shop and exchange for another item or gift vouchers. Alternatively, you can return the item to customer care in exchange for gift vouchers to the address below.

No refunds will be given on gifts, unless refunded directly to the purchaser's card. The purchaser will be notified by email.

How To Order Replacement Items

We are sorry to hear your Sweaty Betty order wasn't quite as you expected. In order to get your replacement items to you as quickly as possible we are happy to offer a free Next Day Delivery service on your new order, within the UK*. Please follow the steps below to make your replacement order:

  1. Shop for the items you would like to receive in replacement of your unwanted goods and place them in your online shopping bag.
  2. Log into your account. You can also find the link to 'my account' at the top right corner of the website.
  3. Once in your account click on 'replacement orders'.
  4. Select the items you would like to replace and click 'replace now'.
  5. You will be taken straight to checkout, where you will see that free next day shipping has been applied to your order*.
  6. Discount codes can only be used once, so if a code was used on your original order please call customer care for assistance.  
  7. To make sure we have secured the stock for your new order you will need to enter your card details. Your card will be charged when your new order is despatched.
 

Your replacement items will be shipped straight away and be with you within one working day (UK), or 7-14 days (RoW).

Please return the items you do not wish to keep by following the "how to return an item" guide below. Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the amount originally charged for these items immediately.

* unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping on replacement orders outside the UK.

 

Order Cancellation
