Yoga Pose of the Week (Week 21)
If you are looking for just one pose to do daily to strengthen a weak back and to tone the abdomen, practice the bridge. You can either move in and out of the pose with your breath or hold the pose for as long as feels comfortable. To advance it try lifting one leg at a time towards the ceiling. Also, tuck your chin towards your chest to stimulate the thyroid gland to boost your energy.
