When should I do yoga?

Sometimes, the best time to do yoga, is when you least feel like it....

The days, when you are feeling stressed, the days when you are feeling down, the days when you are feeling like life is crumbling all around you... this is when time on the mat is such a treat...  Creating this space to let all this "stuff" go, to let all these "problems" be absorbed by the mat as you breathe deeply into the infinity of life, and an opportunity to release all your thoughts and worries, knowing that in this moment you are safe, and you are okay, no matter what is going on all around you. In this moment, as you connect to your breath, feel the expansion and notice that you have everything you need....

Om, om, om... Today enjoy your day, and have the best practice ever!
