Toodle-loo Betties, it's the beginning of the month!!
Woop woop, a new month means a fresh start, and since I know, that you know, that I know, that you might be on the party circuit for December, best to tidy up all of the naughty habits now don't ya think?
So, this is how we're gonna play it in November...
1. Set a goal, any goal, just set one. If you don't exercise at all, aim to do 3 x 20 minute sessions of cardiovascular work (walking, jogging, swimming etc). If you already exercise, make sure you do at least 3 sessions a week, and make sure you are progressing, comfort zones need to be pushed ladies, ain't no butt reduction without it!!
2. Eat wisely. I've aready lectured you on the joy that keeping a food diary can bring, so Novemeber is the time to eat carefully because December is laden with mince pies and other festive delights!!
3. Top up on immune boosting delights! The weather has changed and your body will need to be on infection-fighting form so make sure you get hold of some echinacea tincture as well as loading up on your fruit and veg!!
