How a Cow Keeps Fit

posted on Thursday, 22nd November 2012 | find under Nutrition

To celebrate the launch of our collaboration with Cowshed we wanted to find out where the fittest and bendiest cows in town are working out. We caught up with Katy Young, Online Beauty Editor at the Telegraph and Jessica Hogan, Health and Beauty Associate at Vogue to get their thoughts...
"The secret to the best body - and the best workout plan to get you there - is to mix things up a bit. To tone and lose inches book in for the brilliant dance inspired retro classes at Frame, to sculpt and strengthen it has to be Ten Pilates with their excellent reformer bed Pilates classes and for something that blends a bit of body bending with some mind stretching to boot, try Jivamukti yoga".  Katy Young, Online Beauty Editor, Telegraph.
"For an energetic spin class the new Equinox gym has an incredible studio and expert trainers. Or for something a bit more low impact but equally effective for toning, I go to Heartcore Pilates twice a week. But my absolute favorite way to work out is one-to-one with one of the team at Bodyism personal training gym. They work you hard but you have fun whilst doing it, which for me is the best way to keep you coming back". Jessica Hogan, Beauty and Health Associate, Vogue.
