Nutrition tip:
Drinking water throughout the day is essential for looking and feeling great. However, try not to drink liquid with a meal, up to 15 minutes before a meal and up to an hour after . Liquid can dilute the digestive juices meaning food isn't properly digested and absorbed, causing bloating, indigestion and wind.

National News

The Vitality Show, Earls Court London

I enjoyed presenting at The Vitality Show last month. The show is the biggest health, beauty, fitness and wellbeing show in the U.K and is held at Earls Court on March 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st. It was a great honour to be asked to present at the show as the shows presentations and exhibitions are amongst the most respected in the UK and is great girls day out with lots of freebies, exhibits and advice. http://www.thevitalityshow.co.uk/ . I presented on Face Yoga which is a combination of face exercises, face yoga postures, self massage and acupressure points all designed to reduce facial tension and promote younger, healthier skin (for more information on Face Yoga please visit www.faceyogatraining.com) .

Healthy Magazine

My Face Yoga Training Programme was featured in the 'Give Me Therapy' section of Healthy magazine, the UK's top selling health magazine. Jane Druker, Healthy magazine Editor, had a one-to-one Face Yoga session with me with an emphasis on face relaxation and massage. Healthy magazine is available in all Holland and Barrett stores.

Face Yoga Teacher Training

Many people have asked me about training to teach face yoga classes or even just to learn face yoga to teach to friends and family as a hobby. This is something I hope to set up and offer over the next year. If you would like to express your interest in this, please just drop me an email.

Wellbeing tip:
If you are a fan of running but suffer from undiagnosed knee pain, take a visit to your local specialist running shop. They can give you a Gait Analysis and determine whether it is the trainers you are wearing or the way you run which is the issue.

Final Thought
I hope you have enjoyed the tips and the information in the newsletter. Here's a final wellbeing tip for you:

Using a body brush is a great way to reduce cellulite, help with weight loss and boost energy. Before you bathe or shower, start by brushing the soles of the feet and continue brushing in long strokes towards the heart.
