We work with DC Storm to have a deeper understanding of our marketing campaign results and website conversion. This extends on the data that Google Analytics can provide us and helps us to provide you with a better experience online.
DC Storm cookies store a user identifier (nothing personally identifiable, this is usually a random number) & information about the users session. They flag the environment variables (what is your screen size, which browser you use etc), store the history of traffic source the user has arrived to the website by (google, yahoo, bloggers etc), and check whether you have been to visit us before.
We also work with Clicktail to improve the customer's online journey. Clicktail uses a cookie to store information about where a user clicks or hovers over a web page.
We use this information to make sure that we have the right buttons, text, links and images in the correct places on our website, this in turn ensures that everything you need is never more that a click away.
