TracyI have trained in the martial arts for six years, and took my Diploma in Combat Instruction in 2011. I'm also an accredited life coach with seven years' experience and will be starting training as a health coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York, later this year.
Teaching self-defence is so rewarding because you can see people grow right in front of you in terms of confidence and awareness. I need to stay fit to teach combat, but I also enjoy my training because I like to push my body and constantly set myself new targets. Along with a sensible diet and a positive mindset, fitness is essential for a balanced and healthy life.

CharlotteI have been in the health & wellness business for 14 years. I came across yoga as I was leaving school and have continued to practise daily ever since. My interest in yoga led me to travel around the world seeking knowledge and inspiration from teachers far and wide.
In 2007 I created Yoga Bristol to offer weekly yoga classes, private tuition and retreats. I have taught clients from all walks of life, from stressed-out city workers to world class athletes and celebrities. I continue to help my clients find peace, health and happiness through yoga. I have featured regularly in YOGA Magazine UK and USA. I am passionate about my work and seeing clients’ lives improve keeps me inspired. I also use my position to help raise money for charities by organizing yoga events.
