    • Simone de la Rue

      I have always had a passion for fitness and health. It began aged three, when I first started training in classical ballet, and has since led me onto numerous stages from Broadway and the West End to my native Australia, in a successful dance career spanning two decades.

      As well as dance, I also studied yoga and Pilates, which inspired me to create Body by Simone using the techniques I had used to train myself throughout my career. Combining the three disciplines of dance, yoga and Pilates, Body by Simone aims to develop core strength, create long lean muscle, and promote cardio fitness.

      My clients inspire me daily. The energy that exudes from a classroom full of women dancing as one is infectious, and I feel at my best when I am connecting with clients and guiding them on their journey to wellbeing. I work to empower and strengthen women inside and out!

    • L Boogie

      Athletics and fitness have been passions of mine since the age of two, when I first began my gymnastics career. During high school, I was honoured in the “Who’s Who of High School Athletics” as a State and Regional Champion and National Qualifier, and was later awarded a full scholarship to Iowa State University, where I became an Academic All American and ranked Top 10 in the nation for Gymnastics.

      After college, I began personal training and group fitness training in my home state of Colorado, specialising in strength and conditioning, flexibility and core movements. I also focused on high impact cardio classes such as plyometric, spinning, and outdoor bootcamps. In 2005, I moved to New York City, where I now have a devoted following of clients that hail from the worlds of professional sport, entertainment, media, finance, and fashion.

      It was thanks to my love of teaching intense, high-energy bootcamp classes that I decided to create my own style of bootcamp called the LBC (L Boogie Club). Working in competing teams, LBC has several challenging stations, where you and your team are responsible for cheering each other on while doing the best you can in order to win. These bootcamps have helped to create meaningful relationships and have made a real difference to my clients’ lives.
