Yoga retreat day with Danielle Collins

Yoga: Hatha yoga with tasters of kundalini yoga and ashtanga yoga. Begin, improve or advance your yoga practice by learning more about the postures and how to do the right yoga for your body and mind. Have individual guidance and attention and the time and space to ask questions.
Pilates: understand the pilates breathing, learn how to improve your posture and how to strengthen your core.
Meditation: learn positive thinking, breathing techniques and visualisation.
Face Yoga: learn Danielle's face exercise programme as well as self massage for face and acupressure for face.
Saturday 12th June 2pm- 6pm £60
The retreat day is suitable for all fitness and wellness levels. Beginners, advanced practitioners and teachers all welcome. You will learn many new techniques and exercises to take away with you and practice at home and in other classes and workshops.
