Yoga Pose of the Week (Week 20)

This week I am showing you a pilates exercise instead of a yoga pose. This is a classic pilates exercise and practicing it regularly will help you with your yoga practice as you will have a stronger core. Bring yourself in to the position in the picture below and then pulse your arms up and down as though you are bouncing a ball. Do this for 1 minute per day and you will have super strong stomach and a healthy back.
