Yoga Pose of the Week (Week 12)

Warrior 3 Pose
It is best to start this pose from a high lunge or with a wall near you. I would recommend you take it very slowly and keep your focus on your core. This pose increases the flexibility of the hamstrings and opens up the hip and the lower back. I will be teaching this to the Bath Yoga Club this evening!
