Wimbledon Road Show Scrapbook

What a whirl wind time the Road Show team have had in Wimbledon over the past two weeks. From a 5K round Wimbledon Common with Park Run,  to the more relaxed workout vibe at Gina Conway’s Yin Yoga class, the Village is certainly a mini mecca for fitness.

Must do’s in the area include taking a stroll around the Common and ending up at the quintessentially British Windmill Café. Follow this by taking a browse in the many independent boutiques dotted around the picturesque High Street (remembering to include Sweaty Betty at number 49). If your diary allows, pop into the charming Maison St Cassien for a spot of lunch (the hummus tastes like heaven).

To burn off those tea breaks, head back to the common and meet outdoor training specialists, One Element. They combine challenging outdoor workout sessions (with 200 squats per one hour session) with post sweat nutrition chats, leaving participants feeling positive, strong and healthy.

hello I work at trilogy round the corner from you in wimbledon village and I have been told by a number of customers u do free workout classes :) and that they are brilliant! would really like to try one and was just wondering ur timetable? thank you, beth
