Twelve Days of Christmas - Part 3/12 - Go for a little calorie burn whilst having fun!
Didn't you know that you could turn your Christmas parties into a little calorie burn fest? Shame on you!!! See there are lots of weird and wonderful ways to squeeze in a little fat burning...
1. Work that dancefloor!! According to caloriecontrol.org 60 minutes of shape throwing can burn a whopping 340 calories for a 60kg person, how fabulous!! Why not really work it with the running man and some electric side. The song 'burn baby burn' somehow now has so much more meaning!
2. Spice up your life! Go for the spicy foods ladies, great for a little metabolism boost and calorie burn rolled into one. All just simply eating, how fabulous!!
3. Keep it cool! Obviously you'll be drinking water intermittently through the night to save becoming a blubbering mess at the end of it, so make sure it's ice cold! Drinking ice cold water requires your body to use a little extra energy in heating it up. Again, so simple, yet so efficient!!
